So, for some time it has been generally accepted that a couple cups of coffee a day aren’t going to kill you – and possibly, they could even be good for you. This new study, though, pretty much greenlights as much as you’d like to guzzle to get you through the day.
It claims that drinking up to four cups a day could have heart-healthy benefits, especially for people with existing heart issues. The research was conducted by Judith Haendeler and Joachim Altschmied of Heinrich-Heine-University and the IUF-Leibniz Research Institute for Environmental Medicine in Dusseldorf, Germany and the results were published in PLOS…
