Recently, the Federalist writer Denise McAllister, who became a meme when Meghan McCain tweeted at her: ‘You were at my wedding, Denise,’ thought it was a good idea to teach other women how to fetch their man a beer. But that wasn’t the worst part. She couldn’t handle the harsh criticism she had been receiving over it and went completely ballistic which eventually even got her fired.
The tweet instantly went viral. And not in a good way. People were thinking Denise was enforcing gender stereotypes and were quick to disagree with her. American journalist and author Dana Schwartz was one of them.
