I’ve seen some ludicrous names in my day, but this one might take the cake. Good thing I don’t work for Southwest Airlines…

Traci Redford, a Texas resident, complained that a Southwest employee mocked her daughter’s name. She said, “The gate agent started laughing, pointing at me and my daughter, talking to other employees.

So I turned around and said, ‘Hey, if I can hear you, my daughter can hear you, so I’d appreciate if you’d just stop.”

Oh, I forgot to mention her daughter’s name. Are you ready for this? Abcde. It’s pronounced “Ab-city.” Yes, you read that correctly.
