On Sunday, San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Marquise Goodwin scored an 83-yard touchdown and fell to his knees in the endzone.
After the game, Goodwin announced that he had lost his infant son just hours before kickoff.
“I just wanna thank those who’ve genuinely prayed for @morganakamomo and myself through out this pregnancy,” he wrote on Instagram.
