Green energy company Ecotricity has launched a search to find Young Green Britons – inspiring young people who are passionate about the environment
Secondary school pupils with ‘big ideas’ on energy, transport, food and nature are encouraged to enter Ecotricity’s Young Green Briton competition, now open for 2018.
A winner in each category will be mentored by a well-known expert on the subject before presenting their ideas live on stage at Womad, a festival for world music that will take place in Malmesbury in July.“The Young Green Briton Chat is a brilliant opportunity for young environmentalists to make their voices heard and put their vision across for a greener future,” said Will Guyatt from Ecotricity. “Previous entrants have gone on to great things so we can’t wait to see who enters this year.”
