These kids may be wondering how far they’ll go, but we know one thing: they’re going through to the next round.
The Voices of Hope children’s choir, made up of 70 kids ages 5 to 17, wowed the judges with their rendition of “How Far I’ll Go” from “Moana.” They earned the sixth and final Golden Buzzer of the season, propelling the Orange County, Calif.-based group to the live-show roundthat begins Aug. 14.
“Miss Sarah” Grandpre, the group’s director, led the choir from the audience, mouthing the lyrics and mimicking the kids’ minimal choreography. After the performance, she joined them onstage for a large group hug.
