With the airing of tonight’s season finale of Doctor Who, Peter Capaldi is preparing to say farewell to the iconic role. But before Capaldi’s version of the Doctor regenerates in the upcoming Christmas special, the show will reportedly make a very special pit stop at this year’s San Diego Comic Con.
Deadline is reporting that a Doctor Who panel is scheduled for the annual convention on Sunday, July 23rd. While details are slim, the panel is expected to include Capaldi, as well as departing showrunner Steven Moffat and other members of the cast and crew.
The panel will reportedly take place in Hall H, perhaps the most iconic panel room in the whole convention center.
