A family of 12, including newborn twins, made it out of a raging apartment fire in Decatur, Georgia.
The father was the only one injured after he sustained burns while getting all of his children our of the apartment from the third-story balcony.
“Failure is not an option, failure is never an option when it comes to protecting family,” Lance Ragland told Fox5.
One by one, Ragland sent his family down a ladder where firefighters caught the children.
Dramatic, HD helmet-camera video captured the moment DeKalb County Fire Captain Scott Stroup caught one of the children thrown to safety by Ragland.
