Is Kim Kardashian threatening to take Kanye West’s kids away from him? That’s the latest claim coming from the tabloids. Gossip Cop looked into the story, however, and we can now bust it.
The questionable article can be found in Star, under the headline, “Kim To Kanye: You’ll Never See The Kids Again!
” According to the gossip magazine, Kardashian is “fed up” with West being an “absentee parent,” so she’s “given him a scary ultimatum.” It’s specifically alleged the mom of three “told Kanye that if he doesn’t man up to his daddy duties, she’ll divorce him and make sure he never sees his children again.”“Kim has her hands full with the [new] baby and was really counting on Kanye to be here, but he’s MIA as usual,” a so-called “friend” claims to the outlet, further contending, “She’s so fed up that she’s already met with lawyers.” The unnamed attorneys have supposedly “assured her she has a fighting chance of getting her way” in a court battle.
The purported “ace up her sleeve” is an alleged video of West acting erratically before his breakdown in 2016. “Kim knows a thing or two about leaking tapes, and this one is the most explosive of them all. It would be a powerful weapon to paint him as an unfit father,” a “tipster” allegedly “tattles” to the publication. One of these supposed “insiders” maintains Kardashian’s mom, Kris Jenner, is already in agreement with “completely cutting Kanye off from the kids.”
Although West is currently in Wyoming to work on new music, seemingly giving credence to this tale, there’s actually key information omitted from the story that disproves the contentions.
