Kendra Wilkinson’s divorce from husband Hank Baskett is full steam ahead.
The reality star broke down in tears in a series of candid Instagram posts Monday, and alluded to the fact that her troubled marriage may have finally reached its end.
“Ten years.
I did everything I could. It wasn’t good enough. I will always love him and my heart will always remain open for him. I believed in forever, I really did. Guess it’s just not meant to be,” she said.“I’m so scared, but I have to get strong for my kids… Never thought I’d see the day. Really. I believed.”
Wilkinson, who rose to fame as one of Hugh Hefner’s girlfriends on the E! series “The Girls Next Door,” wed former NFL player Baskett in 2009 at the Playboy Mansion.
Their wedded bliss had been pulled into question in recent weeks amid reports that Wilkinson was gearing up to file for divorce.
A Monday morning tweet all but confirmed that she was ending their union — and she even displayed the outfit she’d picked for the occasion on Instagram, writing that choosing the clothing was “hard” and she was “shaking the whole time.”
