Shia LaBeouf has been arrested — again.
The 31-year-old Transformers actor was taken into police custody in Savannah, Georgia early Saturday morning and booked for disorderly conduct, obstruction and public drunkenness, according to booking records.
His bond was set at $7,000. LaBeouf’s rep did not respond to a request for comment. He posted bond and was released from Chatham County Detention Center where he was being held, an official confirmed to PEOPLE.
According to the Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police, the arrest took place after LaBeouf allegedly became “disorderly” after he asked a bystander for a cigarette.
“When LaBeouf wasn’t given a cigarette, he became disorderly, using profanities and vulgar language in front of the women and children present,” police said in a statement. “He was told to leave the area and refused, becoming aggressive toward the officer.
“When the officer attempted to place LaBeouf under arrest, LaBeouf ran to a nearby hotel,” police said. “LaBeouf was arrested in the hotel lobby, where his disorderly behavior continued.”
LaBeouf is currently in Savannah filming The Peanut Butter Falcon.
