A New York barber is being praised for giving a haircut to a man in a wheelchair outside of the shop after the man could not get inside.

Victor Burgos, 34, works at Joe’s Upscale Barber Shop in Webster, New York. Unfortunately, the shop is in an older building and doesn’t have a wheelchair ramp.
“I wasn’t there, but a few days ago at the shop we had a man in a wheelchair come to the shop on a recommendation,” said Joe Cocozza, owner of the barber shop.
“Not knowing why he was out there. No one in the shop gave it any mind. Then our phone rang. It’s was the man outside looking for a way to come in. This is were I’m proud to say.
